The hotel had a great pool and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was surrounded by luxury hotels and had beautiful views of the area. the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is difficult to find and not on Western maps. the check-in process was confusing, and payment had to be made in advance.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this luxurious apartment. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was also conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and stores. We loved spending time at the quiet and clean beach just a few minutes away and appreciated having discount tickets to the water park next door.

The distance to the nearest supermarket which was a bit of a walk. It would have been helpful if there was a grocery store closer by for convenience.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach and surrounded by luxury hotels on the island. The cleanliness was up to par as the cleaning team came every morning for cleaning and changing towels. The hotel facilities were also very impressive, especially the pool area and gardens. Additionally, transportation was convenient with many parking spots available. I enjoyed eating out at restaurants in the area, particularly at the restaurants of other luxury hotels next door. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Not obvious to find.

This hotel is a great value for money. the location is fantastic, with beautiful views and the beach just a short walk away. There are also many great restaurants nearby, including those at luxury hotels on the island. the room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and excellent service. the breakfast offered was delicious and had a good variety of options, and the WiFi was fast and reliable.

The check-in process was a bit convoluted and could be difficult for non-Chinese speakers.

This hotel provides an exceptional and luxurious experience. the staff goes above and beyond to fulfill every need, including arranging accommodations when plans change unexpectedly. the location is ideal, providing beautiful views and easy access to stunning beaches and nearby restaurants with reasonably priced meals. the amenities, including the spa and outdoor swimming pool, are exclusive and add to the overall luxurious feel.

The only minor issue was a lack of room servicing, but this was not a major concern as the room was clean and tidy upon arrival and provided exclusive amenities such as an outdoor dining area. Despite lacking a concierge, the hotel staff is proficient in English and provided helpful information, making it easy to navigate and enjoy the beautiful garden area and aqua park nearby.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Neal Yat Seaview Apartment Haitang Bay in Sanya. The location was great, just a short walk from the beach. My Deluxe Seaview apartment was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the ocean. I enjoyed watching the sunrise and the stars in the evening while feeling the gentle sea breeze. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and there were great dining options nearby at 三亚海棠68环球美食城. I also appreciated the lifeguard at the swimming pool, which was open from 10 am to 10 pm.
